Just recently I attended the Next Autumn Winter Fashion for 2017 launch and I am going to let you in on a few secrets! There is glitter, unicorns and comic books involved and it’s not going to be a dull winter.

Think shades of Autumn that you love in mustard red and navy. Throw in a splash of silver glitter for your evening party and you are good to go.

Ladies wear

For your night out on the town you can expect beaded dresses, luxurious embroidery and a splash of Metallics. Glittery boots, studded bags and metal heels ad that touch of glam to your evening wear.

For lunch with friends Grab a warm red leather jacket and mix it with some key textures, floral prints and worn jeans. Inspired from the 70s, you will see tassels and tapestries galore along with a few ruffles.

For a day out shopping, Step in to the heritage look with classic tweeds, classy prints and ribbed sweats. Think modern tartan and dog tooth and light weight knits.

For the more classic work wear its all about 90s shapes, reinvented tailoring and boxy cuts. Add a splash of red with modern greys and black. Build up your essential wardrobe with wide leg trousers and and masculine shapes.

For a weekend at home, Comfy lounge wear and comfort wear is in palette of pastels and soft textures and fabrics. My favourite was this gorgeous faux fur biker jacket. How cosy and luxurious does this look?

The underwear compliments the outer wear perfectly too. Soft shades with delicate lace in a soft muted palette of greys and pinks.

Boys and Girls!

I love the boys clothes in next and my two boys have worn them for years. I love how the different styles are adapted to the age, comic book slogans for the older children with distressed fabrics and bright shots of neon jazz up this winter. Funky dinosaurs for the little ones and skateboard style for the big kids.

I could not resist a little peak at the girls clothing as I walked past. I mean ladybird shoes and unicorn handbags? How pretty and fun, I wish I was little again!
