Use colour therapy for the soul in your scrapbooks

Colour has been well known for centuries to be therapeutic. Colour therapy (or chromotherapy as its called) is an alternative remedy that uses colour and light to treat physical or mental health. The idea is that Colour therapy balances the body’s energy centre. Chromotherapy is also known chakras this concept has been around for centuries and dates back to the ancient Egyptians. Egyptians used sun-activated solarium rooms constructed with coloured glass for therapeutic purposes.

So your album does not need be written in your standard black or blue pens. Instead, you can make it as fun and vibrant as you choose. For more emotive scrapbooking, you may also want to consider the colours of emotions, such as pink for love, red for angry, or yellow for happy. Use these colours to help you create create a project that is engaging to you and represents you.
