Summer Dress Diary, Getting my Wardrobe Fit for Summer
Summer dresses , Casual dresses and Maxi dresses.
So this is my Summer Dress Diary I went a bit mad with dresses , summer dresses , casual dresses and maxi dresses.
I love having a dress for every occasion and my holiday bag is ready to go.
Tea dresses in my Summer Dress Diary
I am also loving the retro tea dresses that are in the shops at the moment. I love the vintage look and the distinct 90s revival going on at it is right up my street.

Maxi Shirt dresses
Sometimes I feel like I need something longer especially when I know I’ll be sitting down. Short dresses often look shorter when sitting not a good look on the tube!
I picked up this glorious maxi shirt dress from my new favourite shop Stradivarius. It was perfect for wearing on whilst travelling and I chose to wear it on the plane recently. Plus it cost me only £38.
This Zara Maxi Shirt dress was my Marbella fave it looked perfect for my stroll around Marbella old town.

I also hopped into Boden and got a few pieces. Their soft jersey items wash so well and stay in shape for years. This classic Boden Breton stripe t shirt dress is going to be my go to piece this summer.

AllSaints for the Evening
I struggled with evening dresses this year I am not a fan of bodycon or sequin type dresses. So I tried on this gorgeous dress in All Saints after first seeing in on the mannequin. I know All Saints is a bit more on the pricey side but every item I have a bought a piece I treasure it and get so much wear out of it.

This Dress from All saints was a no brainer for me too, it made me feel really girly.

I then braved some new bikinis and swimsuits from Ann Summers. I love their swim wear range they were both perfect for the two Marbella beach days we had recently. Ann Summers doesn’t have to be too sexy and their prices are really reasonable I picked up this green one piece up in the sale. The white one piece is from New Look.

Zara sale
Now I normally avoid sale shopping unless I specifically know what I want. Especially in the summer the idea of trapesping around in the heat trying on rails of dresses depresses me. But I did pop in Zara sale just once as I was passing and I am glad I did!
This green dress was something I had tried to purchase a while back in store. I love it! its perfect for holidays and I love green!
This Zara shirt playsuit worked out to be just £20 and is perfect for a night out in London when it’s hot.
Thanks for visiting my Summer Dress Diary. All I need now is new shoes! so watch this space!
