Zero Face wash

The Zero face wash smells so fresh and left my face feeling clean but did not strip the natural oils. This fast wash contains Coconut oils and Sacha Inchi oil.

Face scrub

Loved this Zero face scrub! It left my skin glowing. The apricot seeds were quite vigorous it actually felt like it was doing something. The scrub has been enriched with Sacha Inchi oil and sweet almond oil.

Eyecream

The zero eye cream is very light and does not drag the eyes when applying. With ingredients such as shea butter and coconut oil it felt light but enough to nourish the eyes.

Skin academies Zero night cream

The night cream contains green tea extracts and Sacha inch oil and sweet almond oil to hydrate your skin overnight.

A Zero day cream

The Zero day cream was very light and glided on my skin felt hydrated and soft all day. It contains Shea butter and coconut oil.

Body care in the form of a hand and nail cream

This hand and nail cream is one of the best I have ever tried! Being a hairdresser I love hand cream but often my hands feel more dry after. This left my hands soft and I could feel it all day but it did not feel greasy.  It contains Shea moisture and sweet almond oil.

The zero skincare packaging

 Tubes and caps

All of the tubes are made from sugarcane this bioplastic tube has a significantly reduced carbon footprint. The Green Polyethylene is produced using sustainably sourced sugarcane ethanol.

Zero Skin academies states from (source’sugarcane.org’)

“Growing sugarcane in Brazil does not harm the Amazon Rain Forest. Almost 90% of Brazilian sugarcane production takes place in South-Central Brazil, with the remainder grown in Northeastern Brazil. Both producing regions are located some 2,000 to 2,500 km (1,240 to 1,550 miles) away from the Amazon. The Amazon region simply does not offer appropriate growing conditions for sugarcane”

Of course after use this tube can be fully recycled!

Jars and lids

The zero face cream comes in a glass jar with a bamboo lid. The lid of the jar has a removable plastic insert which can also be recycled. The bamboo lid is compostable and can go in your garden or food waste bin.

Retail boxes and transit

The retail box contains 15% recycled card and of course is recylable. Zero state that a higher percentage of recycled content could not be used as it would cause issues with the print quality on the box.

The rest of the virgin card content used for the boxes is also sustainably sourced and-Certified to the PEFC Chain of Custody Standards and is of course fully recyclable.

The transit boxes are made from 100% recycled card.
