When you are staying away on holiday you just want it to be comfortable and stress free. Look no further than Travelodge Super rooms. Hi tech and effortless, no need to be ringing down to reception constantly for items you need as it is all here on tap.
I love staying in London and when I do I just want it to be clean and convenient, for a one night express stay or even a week to explore the city the Travelodge Super rooms are perfect.
We stayed in the Farringdon room situated between Kingscross and Farringdon station. Just a 15 min walk from central London. Perfect for a trip into the West-end or a historic walk around the city of london with some of its trendy bars.
Travelodge Super rooms unique features
Super room Bathrooms include a Hansgrohe Raindance 3jet power shower and a Mirror that de mists itself, After having a nice hot shower the De-misting mirror was a great help, no more wiping a small hole in the middle of the mirror to see what you are doing
Mattresses was firm but really comfortable with a choice of firm or soft hypoallergenic pillows. Black out curtains and even usb power points by the side of the bed.
I loved the style of the rooms really contemporary in blues and greys and a a really cool picture of London on the wall.
Your own lavazza Coffee machine for fresh coffee first thing. A spacious desk for books or laptop with a desk lamp.
There was even a bottle opener for a cheeky beer whilst you are getting ready.
My favourite thing was the mood lighting, I thought it would just be a few lights that would be a gimic. But in the middle of the night when you wake up and forget where you are and you are faffing around trying to find the light switch these little beauties light up up as you approach them to guide the way.
It was a really nice touch having everything in the room ready without having to ask. An iron and an ironing board brilliant for when you are rushing about trying to get ready. Spare cushions in two different types, Little extra touches that you wouldn’t normally expect.
The Travelodge Super rooms are well designed and nice and tidy. Restaurant cards are stacked nicely on the wall not laying around the side. Nice size Tv and an extra mirror directly next to the hairdryer, I can not tell you the amount of rooms I have stayed in where there is no plug socket by the mirror!
Plenty of towels, A cosy chair and 30 minutes of free Wi Fi. What more could you possibly need? we loved our stay at in one of the Travelodge Super rooms.

This was my own personal opinion on this room.
Never heard of ‘Super Rooms’ but this looks amazing! Would love to try one out. Black out curtains are a must for me! Do they have them in lots of places?
They have quite a few but they are all in and around London x
A decent coffee machine is a brilliant touch! Looks great!
It really is handy. Thanks for visiting x
These rooms look lovely! Contemporary and budget friendly !
It’s the little extra touches that make a difference. I like the idea of a de-misting mirror!
I thought that was pretty neat x
