Sunday whilst staying down at our friends Sarah and Chris’s we took the boys to billy bobs parlour. Situated in the stunning Yorkshire dales just outside of Skipton is this fabulous 60’s style ice-cream and American Diner. Fantastic place for kids and at last a place where young teens think its cool!

As you can My Teen Owen doesn’t even like pictures!
One of the best most amazing parts is the play barn! We lost the boys for hours just plain with swinging on ropes and playing in hay.
The Play Barn.
There is a large undercover play barn for the 7 to 15 year olds ( yes 15! ) and a smaller undercover one for the kiddies.
The large play barn has slides swing and underground tunnels! The barn for the kiddies has wooden tractors and ride ons.
And best of all its only a £1 for a wristband to play!

The outside eating area and all of the wooden play equipment. There were wooden Tractors, boats, fire engines, Castles, tanks and lots more.
The best parts the ice creams!
The billy bobs diner is amazing they serve burgers and lots of different style american food. We need to go back to try the food it looked delicious!
Bubblegum? snickers? lemon sherbet? rocky road? mint choc chip what will you choose?
There is also a fab board with all the allergy advice for each flavour well displayed.
We bought 6 ice creams which came to less than £11 , so reasonably priced too.

This truly a fab day out lots of seating areas. clean and tidy.
We will definitely go back and try the burgers it was to have 4 contented boys too who did also not want to leave. Well done Billy- bobs.
