They have added new bars, slides and cabins. We just got back from an unforgettable voyage aboard the newly amplified Allure of the Seas, and let’s just say—we’re still swaying like we’re on the ship… possibly from the ocean, but definitely from the cocktails.

Among the many updates and vibrant spots on board, one place quickly became our go-to oasis: The Pesky Parrot Bar. Tucked away with tropical vibes, cheeky humor, and a menu full of wild and whimsical drinks, this bar is a must-visit for anyone cruising with cocktail dreams.
Why the Pesky Parrot Bar Is the Must-Visit Watering Hole on Allure of the Seas
The Pesky Parrot is a must visit bar with colourful tropical funrniture, sunny vibes and cocktails to match. The bar is filled with everything you would find on a Tiki hut on the beach. Big windows display a virtual window that changes through the day. The water laps during the day, pigs walk on the beach, parrots fly through the air and occasionally you can spot crabs. By night it become dark and you will see fires burning and even fireworks!

When you’re cruising through the Caribbean with the sea breeze in your hair, there’s no better way to cool off than with a cocktail in hand. And no better place to do it than the Pesky Parrot Bar. This lively watering hole is home to a collection of frozen delights, spirited concoctions, wines, beers and mocktails. The only question that’ll you will have is just how much can a parrot drink?

Pesky’s Peanut Butter Piña $12
Pesky Peanut Butter Pina! Is exactly that and was my favourite! This nutty-tropical mashup is a vacation in a glass.
Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey and piña colada mix.

Swirling, twirling, icy magic in a cup. Fruity sour and frozen!
Bacardi Superior Rum, pineapple, tropical juices, and blood orange sour.
Teqkil-ya Zombie Cocktail $14
A fiery combo that even Blackbeard would fear.
Patrón Reposado Tequila, Bosscal Mezcal, cinnamon syrup, grenadine, lime & grapefruit juices, tiki bitters.
I-Land Negroni – $14
A celestial breeze with a tropical twist.
Aviation Gin, Lillet Blanc, and pineapple amaro liqueur.
Pretty Bird – $10
This one’s a fruity escape—no map required.
Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, Campari, pineapple & lime juices, strawberry purée.
Tiki ‘Mosa – $12
A sparkly cosmic adventure in every sip. Think porn star martini!
Pineapple rum, lime & orange juices, passion fruit, orgeat syrup, and sparkling wine.
Monkey Business – $11
When coffee meets island vibes. Another favourite of mine! like a warm hug in a glass!
Bacardi Gold Rum, Crème de Banana, Mr Black Coffee Liqueur, half & half, banana purée.
Mai Time of My Life -$11
Because every cruiser deserves a classic done right. Think tropical zesty and slightly sour!
Appleton Estate Rum, Munyon’s Paw-Paw Liqueur, orgeat, simple syrup, lime juice.
Queen’s Park Swizzle – $14
Smooth and minty, like a sea breeze through sugarcane. This was fresh and alive with a sherbet feel!
Angostura 5-Year Rum, lime juice, agave, fresh mint.
Rye Runner– $10
A bold storm in a glass—perfect for pirates and landlubbers alike.
Strong with Jack daniels but sweet with a zing.
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Rye, agave, lemon, orange & pineapple juices, grenadine, Angostura bitters.
