New shoes, new dresses and new experiences

I love Shopping and this week I did a bit too much!  Clarks Alderlake May Sandals were first on my list.

So here we are again another busy week and there is nothing better than a cream tea to start the week off. I went back to my roots to Romford and met up with some of my old friends for a 40th birthday. Lynsey has been one of my friends since we were little she always makes me laugh and I love keeping up with what’s going on with them all.

Sunday was a funny one, with the hubby away in Spain I decided to take two of the dogs for a wander around London whilst waiting for Harry.

Weekly round up new shoes, new dresses and new experiences.

We walked for 3 hours and I had a cheeky wine in embankment gardens and came across  the Thames Watergate. The dogs got far too much attention, they got cuddles, had their photos taken and were spoilt by all of the passers by.

I had already nipped out quick in the morning to Clarks as With the thought of walking all day I needed something that would support my feet and were comfy.

The Clarks Alderlake May Sandals fitted the bill perfectly, nice and simple and little bit sporty. They look so smart on and in the black they go with almost anything.

Monday wasn’t too good, poor Dolly the dog had a siezure. She has had one before but we were not sure what it was. We filmed her for the vet so we could explain what was happening, it was quite scary but thankfully Dolly was none the wiser and came around quite well. Unfortunately as it lasted quite some time and was only a few weeks since the last one the vets decided it was idiopathic epilepsy which is probably hereditary. She has now been started on medication to keep it under control.

What a treat we had on Wednesday with a trip to the London palladium. School of Rock and Harry’s team had the pleasure in taking part in Tonight at the London palladium. Totally amazing experience and Bradley Walsh was hilarious! You can watch it on ITV on the 14th of june.

Whilst I was waiting in London I popped into Pix Pintxos tapas bar in soho. A super friendly bunch of people and a great little place for a bite too eat. Save your stick for the bill and enjoy a glass of cava in the sunshine.

Ok so the diet will start soon, with all of the excitement of the sun coming out Darren ( my Husband ) whisked me out on a drive for a meal in the country to Flitch of Bacon. A gastro pub in the country serving great gourmet food, post to follow.

I did some shopping in London and being in Argyll street I took a look in one of my favourite shops Warehouse. With 20% off I picked up two New dresses, a bright green dress and this maxi crinkle dress below.

I am also pleased to announce my sister Emma is popping up in the blogging world. Emma has always been super talented and I can not wait to see her little piece of the internet evolve.

It’s early days but if you want to follow her story you can find her here at littlemissedenrose.

Of course throw in some cooking, running after 3 dogs and 2 kids, Copious amounts of washing, half a dozen train journeys and absolutely no gym at all. That about sums my week up!

Thank you for reading my Weekly round up new shoes, new dresses and new experiences.

  1. I love your new dress and shoes! Your dogs are adorable, it’s no wonder they got loads of attention. Poor Dolly, glad she’s been diagnosed at least and has her medication now. Thanks for sharing with #WotW x

  2. Such sweet dogs you have. No wonder they got so much attention. Hope Dolly does well on the medicine. Such a worry. Lots of new for you this week. I’m not sure my waist line would survive all the wonderful places you find to eat. Does look good. #wotw
