I receive many emails with similar questions. To make things easier, I’ve put together a troubleshooting page to address the most common inquiries. Feel free to let me know if there’s anything I missed!
If you are not getting a password reset when you request it, your site is blocking my reset. Email me asking for a password reset. Rude emails go straight to spam. Most of you are lovely, kind people, and thank you for that kindness; it means a lot. I will get a reset out to you ASAP. I do it as quickly as I possibly can, but bear with me in case I am out.
Important Notice on Password Resets:
If you’re not receiving a password reset after requesting one, it’s possible that our system is inadvertently blocking the reset email. In this case, please reach out to me directly via email, and I will manually process your password reset as soon as possible.
Please note that rude or aggressive emails are automatically filtered into spam, so please be kind and courteous in your message. I sincerely appreciate the kindness most of you show, and it truly makes a difference.

Downloading from the Shop
When you’re in the shop, locate the file you need (whether it’s free or paid) and click the blue “Add to Basket” button to proceed.
Finding Your Downloads
To find your previous downloads, click on “My Account” and then select “Downloads.” You’ll see a list of all the files you’ve ever downloaded. Please note that free SVG files will show a cost after a week, so be sure to download them immediately.
