Its that time of year again when all of my shopping involves christmas presents. However I still found some space in my basket for some Inject a little colour with Christmas stocking filler clothes for myself. I love to mix and match a few bargains in with bits I already own. I also love a bit of vintage and Beyond retro and rocket are two of my favourite stores. Black skirts are my go to clothing piece teamed with a top, jumper or blouse and tights to keep you warm.
Mustard is a big colour this year and I picked up this very cute jumper from look of the day. Just a pop of colour with a black skirt and tights is easy and a no brainer when you want to throw together a quick outfit. Add a bit of texture with some soft chenille
Texture is is quite prominent with Chenille making its comeback along with soft velvets and fur.
I loved this red chenille jumper it is so Christmassy ( is that even a word? ) and perfect for this time of year. I love to pop on a chunky choker as a collar which make an instant glittery update to any jumper.
Mix and match your wardrobe
This pleated dress I fell in love with it is so slinky and silky and paired with one of my much loved bags it feels luxurious.
I can team it with a long chunky cardigan and boots for a warmer day look or a pair with heeled boots for a night on the town.
Winter sparkle
You can not beat a bit of sparkle at Christmas and combined with my favourite colour green I was on to a winner. This bell sleeve lurex top was just £8 at look of the day and is perfect for Christmas Eve drinks, again my leather skirt was perfect with this.
I love white at Christmas I found this really pretty bell sleeve jumper online too again paired with a cute black skirt and I feel fit for lunch with friends. This time I wore it with one of my vintage velvet skirts to keep me cosy.
So for very little money I managed to sneak some items in to my wardrobe to instantly update my christmas wardrobe. I love quick fashion updates that inject colour at reasonable prices. These are also perfect as Christmas stocking filler clothes for friends and family too.
