You can not miss this World showcase! Some of us were very eager to visit Germany for a nice cold beer, we had heard this was the best place for a pitstop. We were fading fast in the heat so we had a beer first followed by a search for hats.

Everthing you need to know about exploring Germany at Epcot and must do in the Germany pavilion

Stepping in to the World Showcase’s Germany pavilion area you are transported in to a Bavarian cobblestoned German plaza. In the stunning plaza there is a Fountain with a statue of St george slaying a dragon and on the clock tower is a Glockenspiel where two figures come out and chime on the hour. There are hanging baskets of flowers and pretty painted decorations on the walls it really is a delight.

The architecture of the area comes from different areas of German areas and you are transported in to  German village and Oktoberfest. There are various architectural buildings such as a replica of the medieval castle and Bavarian style clock towers and fountains. There is even a miniature German model village to explore.

Tip, Say “Guten Tag” to the cast members remember you are in Germany.
